By accessing or purchasing from mymugbuddies.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted

2. Products

  • Our mugs are custom-printed on demand using dye-sublimation
  • Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") may occur and are not considered defects
  • Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings
  • Ceramic mug sizes: 11oz and 15oz

3. Shipping

  • Standard shipping: $7.95 (US), 3-5 business days
  • International shipping rates vary by destination (see our Shipping Policy)
  • Free shipping on qualifying orders: $35+ (US), $75+ (Canada), $100+ (UK/EU), $120+ (Australia/NZ)
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs hold-ups
  • Products are custom-printed on demand; production time is 2-3 business days before shipping

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Defective or damaged items: Free replacement within 30 days of delivery
  • Wrong item received: Free replacement within 30 days
  • Change of mind: Not accepted (products are custom-printed on demand)
  • Order cancellations: Accepted within 12 hours of placing your order

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, illustrations, and content on mymugbuddies.com are the property of J. Printworks (Mug Buddies)
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs without permission
  • Our trademarks and trade names are protected under applicable law

6. Limitation of Liability

Mug Buddies is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Carrier delays or lost packages (beyond replacement of the product)
  • Allergic reactions to materials
  • Damage from improper use of products (dishwasher misuse, etc.)

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to place fraudulent orders
  • Use bots or scripts to scrape content
  • Copy or redistribute our designs

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pierce County, Washington.

11. EU Warranty

Products sold in the EU and Northern Ireland carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects as per Directive 1999/44/EC. For warranty claims, contact hello@jprintworks.com
