Free Shipping

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order meets the minimum — no code needed. In the US, free shipping is via Economy; Standard is available as a paid upgrade.

Orders are reviewed for 24 hours before entering production (this is your cancellation window)

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
We do not currently ship to the European Union

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us with your order number. We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
